The middle management is very worst but the management is trying to do it's best but by wrong information and guidance the management are forced to take decisions which are worst

No career growth.. Company policies are not good.. Fresher CTC itself vary for person to person so that your junior may get higher pay than you.. Appraisals are very unfair.. You will get your 1st year appraisal after 1½ years even if you've performed well.. management is not transparent.. During the pandemic, half of the employees were under LWP (leave without pay).. the management had not provided any laptops or desktops and asked the employees to arrange it by themselves.. and for those who are working now, till now they are giving 80% salary even after the company's revenue is back to normal.. no bonus.. no team outings..

One man dependency. People who left work at karya knows about this. From top to bottom level of employees has to obey the order of that particular one man. FYI, he is not CEO of the organization.

You dont have job security. if they didn't like you they will fire you immediately.They should give some time for the new joiners to adapt to their environment. There is no work life balance. For new joiners they will give one task if they are not satisfied they wil fire you. How can an organization decide one's performance by giving a single task. This is stupidity. They hardly give a week training and they fire members regularly. I felt this is not the right company to enhance your career.
