Nothing is what is good about the company.

They want people to come & immediately bring business on day 1.with the ongoing crisis lasting for more than a year,the management is now playing tricks not to pay Salary.They are very poor in supporting when you bring big deals.Though they call it a Private Wealth setup,it's more or less a retail business model..not suitable for people who want to come with good experience.

Likes

Good working environment ,team supporting,salary and appraisal ,training learning and free to work and implementation ideas for result and carrier growth.

Dislikes

Being a employee I disagreed for own and group company product management.

The organisation has been very supportive during these difficult times and has made all necessary arrangements for employees to feel comfortable and work their best.best part is team bonding and sharing of ideas and innovations at work

we can look at having people from lead organisations in our team and look forward to having such team mates .this gives us more exposure to their way of work and brings about a cultural change.

Excellent initiatives by the management to boost growth not only for the company but for the individual as well. Work life balance there in the organisation which makes one committed to work.

There is lot of small small initiatives taken by this company in favour of the employees , which is totally out of the box and unorthodox. Now these things bring a smile on your face and actually kind of creates a talking point in favour of the organization within your professional /friend circle . Things like 1) special stand up ovation by all senior Management for all women working in the company. 2) special privilege for people who manage to stay fit inspite of the daily work schedules . 3) sending personalized messages to our family members directly through post to help us to stay fit and eat healthy . 4) getting recognition on various platforms All things goes a long way in creating stickiness of the employees towards the company .
