Nothing is what is good about the company.

Dislikes

They want people to come & immediately bring business on day 1.with the ongoing crisis lasting for more than a year,the management is now playing tricks not to pay Salary.They are very poor in supporting when you bring big deals.Though they call it a Private Wealth setup,it's more or less a retail business model..not suitable for people who want to come with good experience.

Things like 1) special stand up ovation by all senior Management for all women working in the company. 2) special privilege for people who manage to stay fit inspite of the daily work schedules . 3) sending personalized messages to our family members directly through post to help us to stay fit and eat healthy . 4) getting recognition on various platforms All things goes a long way in creating stickiness of the employees towards the company .
