You will not get your salary on time every month no holiday no pramotion no bonous and so dirty office because workers also not get there salary on time so they have stop work

My experience with Karvy is Terrible. Full of politics. Poor management.

They dont pay salary on time. They won't let you to even have your lunch when you want to....They want targets, AHT, Quality, before login and late logout. They take what they want from employee but they won't provide salary on time...They keep on postpone salaries. No holidays. Only one weekoff, that also they will decide. TLs and WFMs are pathetic, they even ask you where are you going when you are going to use washroom. For females, it's not safe place to work. No career growth. No job security, they can terminate you any time. They won't let you give time to family because they make you work like 11 hrs without overtime money.

They wont pay salary on time if they need to pay the salary in this month this month salary will receive on month ending and they demand that if want to work they can if not they can leave if the employ leaves the company you should forget about salary till not one of my did not got salary it is almost 1 year, I got salary do you think how my new office was near to the karvy i use to go there every day and i need to pressure them for 6 months after that i got salary one more thing my PF amount was not settle yet.Think before you join or steeping into that company ...

This was worst company ever, I joined here in the month of May they terminated me without asking in the month of August, they owe me my one month pay, the hr of that company Sainath & Krushano they forced me to leave, I completed my target on time my process manager was very communal.
