No one should join this company. Culture is very very bad. They won't pay yiur claims even in this covid situation company did not paid any PF amount to our PF account, thus it was deducted from our salary. No any support during COVID-19. They did not pay office rents timely. Thats why last 6months we had to work without Electricity and Water at office. In short its a fraud company. Who doesn't care about employees.

Totally pathetic company to work for, no work culture is there. Incompetent manager are running company and nobody is there to support employees

Dislikes

Salary is never on time, people get there salary as late as 20th of month. Managers scold employees on asking for salary. Hr department is not even updates leave for employees but they will print your termination letter in minutes. Reimbursement policy is so complex that you need BU Head approval even for 100 rs claim.

I like their lie words. They were assured me my marriage leave but after that the cut total leave amount of my marriage. I have sent them the leave application mail (12 Days having 4-5 days week off) before one month and they did not share any objection mail. God Bless Them..!

They are not gives salary within the date which they are promised. There are fraction of 0 percent salary hike but not sure when. Job security is absolute 0%. There are having inner politics. Someone give 5 years and also give his/her whole potential but he faced lot of friction to achieve increment but on the other hand, someone give nothing and enjoining with another Girls and Boys but suck the shoe of special species, they got shine. I like those most.

Karvy Innotech is a fraud company; they are not paying expensive travel expenses to field engineers. I was working for Karvy for a long period of time as I completed my one year for Karvy Innotech as a server engineer for Dell EMC projects. I have to travel to multiple data centres for the cases. When I stop visiting the data centre because of money problem also cut my salary because I am not visiting data centre All I wanted to said you I am waste my 1 year of career in carving please
