I worked for 1½ years in night shifts and it was my worst experience of my life. The salary is almost 50% as compared to other companies for freshers infrastructure is worst especially in summers they won't even on AC nd they assigned only one table fan for 20 people

It's totally comfortable and I learn so many things how I face my superiors and how will I work with my colleagues and improve my data entry and communication skills.

Yah so many limitations are also in that company like low salary and no week half's and didn't give respect to works and most important thing is internal politics and no growth even you work since 2 years.

The company is open ro innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes,i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as o have attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

With The salary given to the employees by karvy can't even they survive, even transportation facility not provided, but employer want quality of work from employees. There is no growth we have observed.

Team leaders should be work supported, they should not be annoying
