The bank’s approach to staffing and employee treatment is far from ideal, with poor support, unrealistic targets, stagnant salaries, and unfair working conditions making it a challenging and unrewarding place to work. These issues are deeply ingrained in KVB’s culture—avoid joining as a BSSE if you value your career and well-being.

*Forced to work on holidays conducting events without any extra pay. While other bank staffs and executive who are getting high salary enjoying holiday. 2.forced to work on deputation for other branches without deputation pay. No deputation attendence is marked only OD. 3. Don't join this job. They will exploit and use you . You can't even tell that you worked on holidays and deputation because it's not even officially registered. 4. Pay is very less. The monthly targets are getting higher each day but the pay level is same, stating that salary in other bank for your role is comparatively less than ours, which is completely false.

100 years of smart banking and good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
