I have nothing to say that I liked anything in Karunya. It is a terrible place with the management not understanding what is education. They just want money

...ngs, it is a university not even having the support to clean the labs and floor. No definite policy on promotion, salary, expenditure for education. All they want is to loot your pockets. The staff have to work like servants for more than 12 hours a day. It is a joke that many 'experienced' old ladies are there without knowing why they are there. The Registrar is a guy who is an 'on call' servant of the Chancellor who does all stupid things of the world. The Vice Chancellor is of no use because he has no power at all. He is a puppet. There is a Pro VC. He is an old monk having no brains and the university depends on him for everything.

Everything. Very poor managers. The Registrar does not give correct information to the Chancellor. The chancellor does not care because he has no time thinking development. The Pro-VCs have no power. They do everything for their survival. They cannot talk a word against the registrar. As long as money comes, chancellor will not bother. there will be a time when he will understand that he is fooled. It will be too late. Very bad work culture. Good workers will be driven away or shadowed. Those who act well will grow.

Karunya University is the right place for academicians and researchers looking for growth and opportunities.

Long distance from the city for about 30 Kms is the only factor to travel in the morning and evening

Compulsory morning assembly prayer session is the depressing event.It is against the constitution of india.The psuedo religious worship methods and fake faculty's preachings are discouraging factors.Any religion should be away from science and Tech education. People those who are working hard and smart will loose their energy/interest soon. No recognition and promotion. But people thosh who are cheating the management using fake prayer are surviving well and getting promotion. The top management also don't have any knowldge about gross root lebel and basics of funtional/operational work. Prayer is greater than performance. No job training and job security. The Top management and HODs always appoint and promote their wife/friends/relatives/ students in faculty/ admin position. This is a suicidal stratgey of this institution. It is suitable place for religious fundamentalists/psuedo spiritual people/ fake scientist.

Worst Institution i have ever seen, the faculty and officers in college just degrade the student capabilities and dissapoint with their attitude and the most worst thing is they have a lot of region discrimination such as tamil, hindi, malayalam etc., students of hindi, malayalam, telugu etc., are treated as bad in their intensions...
