Everything else. Too religious. No job satisfaction. oppressive management. Poor quality students. No job security at all. No cultural programs. No travel. Only prayers. Students who pay the fees a little late are forced not to appear for Internal exams. The Pro VC is an i*d*i*o*t and he is the owner's pet. He will soon make the institute shut down. Those who fall on the owner's feet get promotions. Utter useless university. Unable to get out of this place because the job market outside is zero. That's why everyone clings onto this university. If they get a chance, they will run away

I had no belief of heaven and hell. In Karunya I learned it the hard way that hell exists. The nature around is good. But one cannot enjoy it because of work pressure.

Dislikes

Almost everything. The place is full of hypocrites and false-achievers. They do everything by hook or crook to come to highlight where their work is a garbage. The management has three 'leaders' who are not even human. An utter stupid is made as a Registrar who is a Chancellor-pleaser. He cheats on the Chancellor and does everything according to his benefits. No right information is passed on to the Chancellor. He lives in illusion. The work culture is the worst.

Nothing is good only good is that it is recognized as nor good

Dislikes

Morning assembly where mentors are asked to sit with college students like cleaning ladies sitting with pre kg students. Every department is full of politics and humans are treated as swines here.They say we have compassion but they are powered up by jealousy and hatred. Hypocrites preach and here in karunya you can find teachers who preach while they themselves are fraud.There is no work life balance. Once in a while the chancellor daughter dance in auditoriums to show off and the first year's had to bear the pain of witnessing it. They force you into nameless programs .People here pray all the time in fact they pray more than they eat. Bunch of fools are there who grade students based on their spiritual activity participation and God bless you is a slogan here that is mostly used even if they hate you or love you. There are many scammers inside the campus who drool around girl students .Once in a while Chancellor comes with a black cooling glass ,one because he is blind to see the college damage ,second he think he's a 20 year old.

Great experience, started career in NCC as a Cadet and then promoted to the rank of Sergeant and through hard work and passion became the Cadet under officer. Developed leadership skills, learned to adjust to any situation, work under pressure and learned to make decisions quickly.

Nothing much, very satisfied with my colleagues
