My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Amazing startup to work for, And I am writing this because if in future I wish to work again with this company I will definitely reconsider. Founders really know how to manage the teams. It is a product based firm so lot of experience one can gain here. HR team, Sales Team and managers are really compassionate towards their team members and they respect everybody time if somebody is on leave. I hardly was working on weekends and on leaves. Best firm I ever worked with. Keep it up Karthavyans. Also they have really good senior developers who can actually compete with nooglers out there.

Technology wise there is very little to explore. After 2+ years one will be stuck with client deployments and that can be less satisfying at times. Other than this HR team, Sales team and managers are really compassionate towards their team members and they respect
