...e period is just sake of name the day you resign they will first tell you to go. Immediately and then keep your salary on holiday and asking for money from the employee as notice Period not being served... What a player (Ex GM)

I didn’t like anything this is a fraud company

This company is totally a fraud called me for some camp in my hometown and said that we’ll pay you and till now I haven’t received my money I worked in that camp reached before time and still no response they don’t bother other people’s time and value very bad experience

Worst company i have ever seen salary protocol is worst mananger committes me 15is salary date and i didn't recive my single salary on 15 date in 13 months there is no respect for your good work in this company full of politics is present in this company if you ask for salary slip they said as per rules we can't give you salary slip if you are telling issues to your senior your senior directly will say that if you have problems then give resignation

Below mentioned are disliked. 1. Improper designation structuring ( TL or PL) both are same, this demotivates - They don't consider PL as Assistant Manager sounds strange. PLs don't get respect here, only Manager get, Even Hr earning 15 k has audacity to argue with you. Doesn't matter what contribution you give. 2. No learning at all. I m getting experience from my own mistakes, organisation doesn't bother about employee growth n development. 3. Everything is on Manager shoulder - my question is why? - don't you want others to give contribution. 4. PLs are excluded in Manager meeting - why so much dependency on Manager - It shows company don't want others to grow, 5. Managers don't let their subordinate to learn anything. Subordinates are busy in doing clerical work. - oh common you have hired Executives for this work, let them do their part of work. 6. Improper Project sharing, Sharing Managers can get 5-6 project and get more money but limitations for dedicated one. 7. Every year New batch of faces, new joiners - Top Management is busy in counting Profit. ( Bad Attrition Rate) 8. Lot of Favoritism, senior will take away credit of your hardwork and at the end you will be offered 4% increase in appraisal 9. Organisation is in Need of restructuring - please sit and make proper decision. Or else just sit and watch. 10. Why EoDs on floor, seems manager is interested in something else.
