Very bad experience i westeage my 7 years in company.there is salary problem.from last 8 months employees not get salary and they don't know when will realised.My humble request that please do not reffer any candidate to karrm infrastructure.

I am working in this company from last 8 years. So I know all the basic things of this. I know the customer's details, their behavior, nature. This company is good for client's satisfaction, creating new attractive schemes for the customers. Here, the work environment is fully joyful and friendly. You celebrates every festival with full of joy.

Dislikes

As company is facing some financial issues, no salary on time, no increment, no bonus, no appreciation. There are always vendors, borrowers and clients who wants possession from long time. The work pressure is high and so working time is more than 9 hours. No holidays on festivals.

The company is working towards the development of students by providing them the best infrastructure and environment matching to those provided to city students that too without charging any fees . The team is formed by qualified and dedicated teachers.Environment is friendly and open for suggestions and creative ideas that match the goals of the management . It is very pleasant to work here with least work pressure and easy work timings .

Dislikes

Salary is good but the increment is slow . The timings are fixed but due to less train frequency we loose our time in travelling . The work is routine and hence sometime monotonous and boring.

There is growth is slow i was spend my 7 years in company but end of the day I got 0 appreciation.I thing it is very bad experience to work with this company.Company is in loss of More than 700cr and I thing this is last year of company so my humble request to you please think 100 times before join

I feel proud to be a part of a company which has a vision of selfless service to the employees staff children and whosoever who comes under its umbrella. The policy of company is to create an infrastructure similar to that available to city kids . With best teaching and learning aids it has succeeded in bringing the children at par with city kids in excellence.There is no aim of earning profit but only service to the nation.

There are always last minute decisions taken hence there is no tile for planning which sometimes becomes difficult .
