this is growing company its good,product also good.

Nothing to like about working in karona chemicals,from last 36 years to till they are doing work but didn't grow because company have no funds for crucial time like Lockdown,they deducted salary even you work all month & also made lame excuses too. very bad expirience with this compan, salary always late,expences also too late,job secutity nothing,management also very bad,office staff behave good but did not pick your call if you resigned & take too much time for full & final. major problem for not grow they did not take good steps with team or team members,even also did not know the meaning of team too.sub distributors also wait for there claims,bad company policies

Note :- Karona chemicals pvt Ltd. इस कम्पनी के प्रोडक्ट ऑस्कर फॉरेवर् डियो एंड परफ्यूम, गिफ्ट सेट, हेयर स्प्रे, रूम स्प्रे आते हैं, यह कम्पनी लड़कों की सैलरी में से पी एफ काटती तो है पर जमा नही करती है और छोड़ने के बाद किसी भी लड़के का सैलरी और एक्सपेंस का भी पैमेंट नहीं करती है फिर चाहे वह (TSI, SO, ASE, ASM, RSM) किसी भी पोस्ट पर हो. और डिस्ट्रिबूटर और एस एस की एक्सपायरी का भी कुछ नही करती है, अभी रिसेंटली October एंड november 2023 दो महीनों का पूरे यूपी ईस्ट,वेस्ट, उत्तराखंड किसी का पैमेंट अभी तक नही किया है और ऑफिस मे कोई काल भी नहीं उठाता है, इसलिए कोई भी इस कम्पनी को जॉइन न करे और सेल मार्केट के ग्रुप मे इस मेसेज को शेयर करें. ताकि और कोई भी सैलेस का भाई इसमें न फँसे हमारी तरह...
