...this place . Please even if you have 1% chance to work somewhere else go there . Less salary will do but do not come here ,this place will traumatize ur mind , no work life balance , stupid management, people thinking they are superior , higher management will manipulate u and will blame u for everything,office politics at its height. Worst is people who have 0 skills and are brainless and have no idea are in top position just because they have good connections with Ritesh Hada . Everyone is disturb there . They are just working bcos they do not have option . If you wat to ruin ur life then please join else stay away from this place

Campus and Food.

Work culture is very bad. huge pay disparity within department. two ppl with same experience same education have a salary difference of double the salary. no job security. even vc is fired same day. very strict timing, salary deduction for lateness. leaves are very less. the dean does not approve leave evn for genuine health reason. the university is run by people who have no educational background. ugc rules regulations are not at all followed. there is no Vice chancellor. most of the leadership people like heads/directors/deans/registrar are ineligible to hold the post as per qualifications laid down by ugc aicte etc.

The design school. It's the only thing worth this place. From students to faculties all are good a d they run the place or else there is nothing

... faculty here and most who work here are those who won't be taken anywhere else. The pay package they give is also like that. It's very twisted and someone very poweeois putti g money here for this place to run or else it will not run.i pity even that person putti g money as its not getting utilized properly. Even dignitaries and important ministers who come to this campus feel after meeting the chairman and some of his close person that the campus and the team here deserve better. They don't even do full and final of many employees here and God knows where the money goes which gets accounted as salary. I'm sure they are putting a lot of money into their pocket as salaries where no employee exists.

...ips not given automatically. We have to ask for it specifically in each month. Salary date too later ... Govt norms are by 7th day of month , we get it on 14th or 15th at times.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
