In KGTTI they give chance to show's our skills so in that I like Institute.

First of all I am says worst experience in this company. They not take care about workers how was working on goes Once we joined in kgtti after 1 or 2 months they forgot who's joined and when he joined they not takes responsibility, they full depends on contractor. But this both contactor and kggti playing with they works.

1) Kgtti has the problem from the higher management till housekeeping staff. Nobody has the work ethics. 2) there are buckets specially (Preetham & Suresh )who keep on circulating negativity everywhere. And they are specialized in holding bucket to next level u cannot even imagine. they don't have any integrity, self respect, humanity nothing. If they are going to get benefit from someone, they are ready to do anything even ready to ****_____. 3) have patience guys wait for the better opportunity but don't join Kgtti. Please 🙏

There is nothing to like expect infrastructure of that to Bangalore centre

1. The director that are appointed are useless busy in pleasing the management by putting pressure on employees to generate more & more income (Kumar director). 2. They treat employees as machine no feelings for them. 3. There is no personal growth for staff. 4. Staff such as Harish, preetham, Krishnamurthy ( buckets) are the virus in the organisation.

No appreciation talent, internal politics will make you ashamed to work out quit the job, growth is Nil, Education seems to be like a business trainer struggle a lot for students but higher officials only concentrate on revenue. If you are looking for a retirement life can join but if you want to grow in your career please stay away once you get into it it’s like impossible to change your career.
