Faster promotion opportunities

Dislikes

Unhealthy working culture, Intensive work pressure, No time for family, You won't be able to go home if there is dayend check for loan account arrears. Software doesn't work properly. Staff on counter face technical glitches frequently in system which is not promptly resolved.

A lot of learning, meet a lot of people, contacts, new places to see. job security. Loans at very less rates. New software installed

Dislikes

Transfers, lot of pressure, a lot of politics when it comes to transfers and promotion. South Indians get preference 1st. Even if you do a lot of certifications you wont get transferred to concerned departments. Marketing pressure is high. Insufficient staff at branches in north branches .

This experience comes only after u in new company. KBL has good working culture. Some vultures were thier but now they are gone.

Nepotism. Karan johar big brothers do job in KBL. Not good place for North Indians at higher management. Only 2 or 3 are only chief manager are from north INDIA.
