Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

... big bucket )doesn't address our issue 3) Present Quality head are just garbage.They are making fool to top management, only attending meetings and doing some data entry work taking Lakhs of salary.Management is not asking to them for KAIZEN, POKAYOKE, LINE BALANCING, MOST and IMPLEMENTATION. Top management should interact with all employees directly to get the fact else these managers are only sitting their place.Only incharges are working 4) Operation meneger (lady) will Treat you as slave a real slave , you will not get a single concession as being a human

...ing practically there are making rules. Some rubbish rules are mentioned below 1)half day salary cut if ur late even its 2 min also 2) more number of cctv then the company employees also it there in washroom too 3)employees have to had there break fast by 5.30 to5.45 to avail break fast 4)we need to wait infront of the gate like a begger if you are in leave 5)covid 19 only infecting during lunch time because social distance strictly following only during that time..

1.Has 1000 rule which need to be followed or else your salary will cut and your are not supposed to even ask about the salary slip. 2.There are rules even for standing and walking( marked the place for stand ). 3.You can see a number of camera inside the company more than the employees (it's a truth believe me). 4.No permission to use sweater during winter season even night shift too. 5.Morning breakfast at 5:30 am. There are many more to say...Very bad company. Reason: Very bad Human resource (HR)management. There are only for to make rule which has no logic

1. Very Bad HR team, they will make you to work all the week without a single leave, and suppose if you take a single leave in between due to illness they will hold/cut you half salary of your entire hardwork( real truth). 2.HR will treat you as a slave a real slave, you will not get a single concession as being a human. 3. The company is in the hands of lady management including HR, So you can think .How many number of rules we need to follow. It's really uncountable( real truth). 4. You cannot even dream of how much salary will be credited to your account, because the lady HR will be cutting your salary for no reason,(even cut 2000-3000 rupees If you are late by 1 -2 mins). 5. You are not allowed to speak to HR about anything about your salary,they will push you outside like a dog . Very much sad to say that. 6. Currently everyone working there is very poor north indian guys (80% from contractor side), they work still continuing work because they don't have any choice. 7. You won't get a single leave or you cannot take a single leave if someone died in your family too( they will still make you to work by saying, "no leave no leave go away".( Is this the way to respond.wont even ask the reason), due to situation if you take leave, that's it over( salary full gone full I promise you guys full gone... everything...
