Colleagues(on ground staff who actually do the work) are the only good part of Karma

Dangerous to work - illegal construction done. they made 2 floor in 1 floor space by partitioning with wood. BMC officer must be bribed. ceiling can come down anytime. Basic necessities missing - no water in washrooms for 2 hrs a day in 9 hrs. Rats and cockroches roam around the office Karma saves money wherever it can: 1)they never do anything for employee benefit, only for owners pocket benefit. 2)one person has to do 3 to 4 peoples job to save money, example- office boy works as runner, admin is expected to carry out their household jobs, I.T. guy is called at home to monitor wifi installation, 3) owners spend personal expenses use of company money, and then employee are told no profit during appraisal 4)laptop given is 7th to 8th hand old. It takes minimum 4 min to start and come on desktop screen 5)no planning- no plan for anything. Example -for common meeting, hr sends mail one minutte in advance

Likes

Have been with karma for overall almost 2 years, there is lot of improvement in terms of balancing work life, recently started working 5 days a week! We have flexible working hours. Appraisals are calculated upon your performance. There are activities which are conducted on Fridays for the employees, training, games, etc.

Dislikes

No cons as such, everyone is very friendly, especially the CVO Pratik Vaidya and our director Komal Vaidya.

Good job and good experience and suitable for may profile and I am good hardworking in this company and very good facilities in this company and good hike salary and bonus every year
