lack of continuity for clients, poor fuel money doesn't even, harassing phone calls on your day off if you say no you are asked why. communication from the office lacks often find things out from either carers or the service users family staff in the office and poor management it lets the carers down

products are of good standard, company is entering in new business area, salary on time, job security is there if you say yes sir to CEO.

Totally worst culture, CEO use abusive language, gives Maa - Behen ki gali, no work life balance, work on Sunday also, illogical target, many unethical practices by management

The management Doesn't bother about employees they asks you to resign immediately without any reason if anyone asks for reason they'll mention as budget issue and they removed most of the employees in the same way

Good company with good leadership. Aggressive in expansion, channel development. Great quality products.

Dislikes

Too much product line has damaged business scalability and product leadership in any segment. Need to establish as market leader in one segment and then move to new product line. Too many product lines tens to loose focus on main product. Need to slow down with automation in sales process, dealers don’t tend to adopt it that much fast resulting in sales loss.
