Time for family is enough owner nature is very good but management was very bad. Buttering system or pleased to manager is work culture.

No grooming opportunity nothing new for learning it is just a time pass organisation

Excellant working environment With Nice and friendly collegues. Managers are cool they put on hard to push the right person to acheive targets. My overall experiance was fun and learnt some things about real sales skills.

Job security. If you know the perfect way to spend and have that perfect budget pipeline then only you will be able to survive on comission basis.

I worked at karma 3years . It's very good work place lot of things r there to learn and u can improve urself and the main thing is we r working outside of our country and this place is very familiar. Everybody r very supportive and helpful.
