Company has to work on salary and compensation as per market, which they are lacking and not even concentrating on that. Appraisal and promotion system is also not upto the mark. Because of which they are loosing good talent.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. I never feel any kind of job insecurity during covid pandemic period although the management is full supporting during the pandemic and it is a very good thing.

Compensation is good, job security is there,Other ten work they work on your work life balance also. There is great team bonding and feel free environment.for your work and write to speak.You are free to talk to higher management regarding your issues (personal as well as official.)they are going to support you. Mr Radha kant Jaisawal always support there team and try to work on personal development of all the employee,so that they grow in there personal life.There believe is if you develop in your personal life then you do well in your job also. Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
