I never feel any kind of job insecurity during covid pandemic period although the management is full supporting during the pandemic and it is a very good thing.

Compensation is good, job security is there,Other ten work they work on your work life balance also. There is great team bonding and feel free environment.for your work and write to speak.You are free to talk to higher management regarding your issues (personal as well as official.)they are going to support you. Mr Radha kant Jaisawal always support there team and try to work on personal development of all the employee,so that they grow in there personal life.There believe is if you develop in your personal life then you do well in your job also. I am personal too much inspired by them.
