On paper KM (Karl Mayer) is well known MNC group company but in Ahmedabad, company's work culture like BOSS culture and you feel like you are working in worst production house. India company is managed by General Manager (Finance & Scrap & Housekeeping) & His left hand 'joker' is working as a HR & Admin Executive. If you have reference then company is good for you but if you don't then please don't come in Karl Mayer. For example. Here, HR guy is only 10th pass but he is the HR & Admin executive. Doesn't matter they knows everything or not. even he is not able to spell correctly on gate pass. but still he is working very good because he has a reference. Only company management say to you if you have complain then please come to us.. for all the people door is always open to listen you. but when you go with the complain regarding your attendance, canteen or any other admin issue then you have to listen lecture about team work, your responsibility etc., etc. and also blame to everybody for create negative atmosphere and complain against his guy. this is not end after you have to give suggestion on your complain and also do complete the pending work because his guy's is only 10th pass he is not do anything. Here education & it's value is zero. because 10th pass pay scale is 40k/Month but production supervision & design engineer pay is 38K/Month. If you are coming the 5-10 min. late in the company due to traffic then you are not good, not punctual, you are miss use and spoil the rules & regulation, you aren't responsible person but if you are pray 2-2.5hrs during work time then it seems like ok and it's good for company growth. very worse company in my carrier.. if you won't to spoil your carrier then and then join the company.
