No vision, Not understanding of business, sporadic approach in every aspect, no financial control, there is nothing to admire about.

Work culture is good but All seniors are very bad. His insult the all juniors or intern staff nurse very badly specially one senior staff nurse. All seniors does more to insult entitled juniors than to teach them.

I have seen this company employee very closely also there will be no proper salaries given to the employees on monthly basis also they confirm HIKES but no hikes will be given to employees. Lots of losses due to this company please don’t join

No work life balance. Working on sundays is considered as just dedication but the compensatory off earned is not to be considered as privilage but a favour from management. Taking earned leave if at all with prior permissions will also be questioned by the authorities.
