I have seen this company employee very closely also there will be no proper salaries given to the employees on monthly basis also they confirm HIKES but no hikes will be given to employees. Lots of losses due to this company please don’t join

No work life balance. Working on sundays is considered as just dedication but the compensatory off earned is not to be considered as privilage but a favour from management. Taking earned leave if at all with prior permissions will also be questioned by the authorities.

You have to understand it's a health care start up that deals with affordable cancer care in remotest place of India with leading infrastructure. As it's start up dislike and challenges are releted to start only.
