...ou meet it you’re fine. If you exceed it, you will receive a certain percentage. But, if you fall short, your salary is deducted. The catch is that, you won’t be informed of this policy until after your probation period ends. Working in this office feels oppressive, almost like being in a prison for 9 hours each day. The owner seems to view himself as some sort of deity, and the whole atmosphere is eerily reminiscent of the dystopian world in HIRAK RAJAR DESHEY by Satyajit Ray. For anyone with a sense of decency, it feels like you are trapped in a surreal nightmare. To top it all off, the pay is far below industry standards.

No JOB SECURITY, No Career Growth, No recognition, extremely horrible work environment(motive of this company is to make the employees emotionless, brainless & work like a machine with no if & buts), third-class_cheap minded management who only knows how & when to wag their tails with no personal opinions. The CEO is an expert in judging/questioning an individuals' personality by seeing the emoticons used in personal chats & also in claiming to be a GOD if one's seeked for help from the company!! Only super politician minds can survive here with the peanuts given every month!! Dont think wise, think infinite times before going for an interview/walk-ins.

People are cooperative and helpful. I was under the lead merchandiser and I always used to wonder how can someone be such a jolly person though being under so much of work pressure. Wrok environment is overall good.

There are no future for employees. They are not correctly followed the employee benefit policies. There are No respect for senior employees.
