Karco gives you great opportunity for you to understand their product from ground up and you can work simultaneously on multiple projects. Karco never hides the implementation details from software developers specially junior and trainee developers. Karco gives you open platform to contribute your ideas into their product and you can easily discuss those ideas with manager

Dislikes

Karco is lacking employee freedom at workplace. You feel suffocate while working because you need to be calm and stare at your monitor even if you dont have any work left. Sometimes Friendly behaviour is not accepted even with your colleagues. Constant monitoring is very dangerous in IT companies because you need to understand the developer perspective and karco thinks software development is not an art(biggest myth). Sometimes it is very frustrating for junior developers as they are not allowed to express their veiws on product and not being included in project meetings.
