Good clients and work. Impossible to get fired.

Salary delayed for 3 months. Salary hikes take place after 3+ years. Hikes and promotions given on basis of seniority and not work. Culture of favouritism and politics.

There are very good lawyers here and the lawyers here argue very well and this is a very good law firm for litigation and the lawyers here are very aware of the cases..

It had very helpful seniors who were not unnecessarily rude. You could approach the associates for help. They would explain and give the work.

As an intern, you are given mainly tasks like legal research, but it would be better if we could be given something more substantive like legal drafting more often.
