There is no systematic work process. You will be doing no proper work as everything is old or outdated. You just need to complete the monthly Target without caring about the quality of the material and no proper support from other departments within the job. Only those who are favourite are supported here and workaholics have no respect as they are often gifted with more work or someone else's work with no promotion.

Zero job security. HR management it to worst they didn't respond employee. Company not give any type of letter like offer letter experience letter.

Less salary for engineer for 12hr work . Zero career growth . Didn't give offer letter company policy letter n expect to do 1 month notice period work after resignation.

job is secured here, culture is also nice for the trainees too. Give all freedom to learn from intial point and can be a part in own growth. Policy are also overall in favours. Good to work 😊

Management and Staff are Good and serious at implementing Safety, 5S, Kaizen and TPM methodologies which will keep your work place always clean and shining. Company Buys Quality Raw Material which is very much important for Improving our Customer feedback and for handling the inspectors with confidence. Good at Cost cost control,Optimum utilization of resources. Salaries for Entry level is good. But For AM and Above need to revise as per the market conditions.

Job rotation is only for new people. Transportation Facility, Canteen Facility, No Bonus Benifits, No paid holidays
