Karam is very good company and it is one an only company in Lucknow who gives a good package in production line employees but due to some internal politics and favoritism employees growth getting down overall it is good company

Organisation takes consent of all the stake holders for taking a mass decision which is good, however can be slightly overlooking the interest of the Organisation as a whole where the promoters should feel at ease on taking decision in the interest of the organisation.
