working enviroment was excellent as well as career growth. Team mates works like family members. No politics at any level , from top management to down below. Owner do not promote & tolerate this practice. Salary / appraisal is apprecitive & timely considered as per market / industry practice / norms. HR is excellent. Job security is not there in the construction / infra division as Management is not bidding actively for infra projects.

Company is loosing trust within customers, due to certain strategic changes. Coal sales business has reduced in various regions. Many people are "benched" due to lack of work. Trying to expand business in new areas without prior experience and expertise. Micro-Management increasing
