Lost My Career after Joining Karaikal Port: I should say I lost my career after joining with this company. The CEO of the company, treats himself as king and staffs with much disrespect. Looting of customer goods was going on here and only staffs involved in this scam are placed well here and the rest suffered. They spoiled the reputation of their brand in market and sales was going down rapidly. People involved in the loot must also think about other innocent staffs and their families. The Lady who was heading the HR Department and also the corporate communication was busy utilizing the manpower resource for her own image building and showed so much partiality between staffs at work. She pampered staffs who were personally helping her and removed skillful people from work. In all, this organization lacks culture and only people who are left with zero options can work here or join here. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone who wants to see growth in their career.

9-6 job, not much work after the working hours. Good Work life balance. If you're lucky you'll end up in a good team.

There was not a lot of learning., poor management, extremely poor communication. No growth, poor financial situation, company is going through a crisis. Extremely selfish superiors/ department heads.
