...evel they hire outsiders instead of giving opportunities to current employees. - Salary are depends on funding partners, Company have not backup plan for salary even for 2 months. If Payment get delayed salary will also delay for 30 days or more. - Company don't care about their employees and situation never asked to any support.

They do not fire people that easily but will make you helpless.

Dislikes

...bal areas compromises your safety. No incentives and delayed arrears zero perks. Delayed salary. No job security, you may feel insecure in this job as you are expected to have zero escalation on services offered to clients which is not practically possible.

Worst reporting, passing unnecessary comments, giving away designations and salary to unworthy and withholding genuine candidates increment, lavish figures to people they like..... Late salary ever since pandemic till to date..... Over burdening existing employees without appointing new ones. Giving less travel allowance than requested and making employees spend from their pockets..... Dragging excess spent amount to F and F ....... Not clearing ff people have their f and fs pending for more than a few months

1. Worst management 2. No body help you in proper manner. 3. South indian company that why there is some mis communication and bad behaviour to as a notth indian. They basically think that the whole southern karadipath is very intelligent and always ready to work. But northies aren't. But the fact is they are not giving or assign any big rrponsibilities. Being a education industry they r not looking for to education but always profit.profit. I wish to leave this organisation as soon as possible. No career growth. If u r trainer here for 2 years that 3rd year would be still trainer.
