One thing I like about kpml is always focused on quality not quantity and it's gives lot of learning technical experience from basic to advance for fresher candidates

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

KPML management was very poor, communication understanding of each other are also poor he treat trainee Apprentice students like helper

Tremendous politics!!! There is no any effective system for operation, only mass production without quality. Work-life balance is zero.
