Worst management. HR'S don't know how to talk with there employees. Accountants always late in crediting the salary , they promise us to credit it on 7 every month but every month salary credit on 9,12,14 whenever they want. The staff is not working as a team they work individually and everyone play safe side always and couldn't help there lower level employees.

Dislikes

The worts part is the MD's decisions. They make there decisions like a kid and they make false commitments with the employees and always cut there salary without any reason. And there is now growth there. There is a huge lack of coordination between the management due to that there is delay in every single and small work and the lower level employee always suffer.

I have experience with how to talk to people and doing several different works at a time.

Dislikes

They do not respect their coworkers, always want to complete other work, have no work ethics, and have no value for the workers.

Good staff nature is every one is good every one is positive and work is perfect if any mistake they will take immediate response

Dislikes

Becoz for our md mounica ramnani she spokes rudely and nastily in front of every one. And she even she has a cast feeling so. We quit she jib and also if we are is a tight situation in hospital any where also she say to come and work

At the tym of starting I like But after few months their behaviour for the employees were not good so I don't like

There is no dislike option other wise I will dislike only They know how to take work from employees but they don't know how to treat with them.

Company is good and my team members are good they are supporting in every situation.....

Company is good but too much politics and one person do mistakes he will not agree that mistakes and no one Lision ur explanation And no respect.
