The company requires multitasking personnel who can handle all the professional duties at one time whereas this is quite difficult for one person to manage each and every aspect, people are expert in their own field and would contribute better if they were given responsibilities as per their profile. However i was proficient enough to handle all the job duties and responsibilities well in time but didn't like the work life balance culture as it was missing there. Also promotional and growth opportunities are not there as per individuals performance.

Dislikes

compensation is not up to the mark and growth is stagnant. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths that is why I have take back my suggestions. Also, there is no on job professional training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

I lije nothing it was a very bad experience over thier.

Everything. Work style no shifts. They take work from employee as a labour. Theybtreat them as a labour. Very Disappointed. No system to widraw pf. I have recieved my pf after 1 and half year after applying pf.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
