New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that l am a part of a team that markets reliable, high- quality products and has a global client base. I am Lab Assistant of Laboratory in kapoor Industries I am Sample prepared for testing and Colour prepared for fabrics and I used to check water sample PH and I uesd to colour towel. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I alos like the employee re- hire policy here.

The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 12- 14 hours straight in a day as long have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

As a result, I get to travel domestic especially to the mostly state But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client location. Mine is a Gujrat, Panjab. Utter Pradesh, etc.
