It's a manufacturing plant and work culture is awesome and someone who wants to learn by maintaining work life balance then he should come at this place. Relaxing and enjoyable environment. Management is fully supportive and helpful and always encourage you for doing something meaningful. Go and join without doubting at anything.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that l am a part of a team that markets reliable, high- quality products and has a global client base. I am Lab Assistant of Laboratory in kapoor Industries I am Sample prepared for testing and Colour prepared for fabrics and I used to check water sample PH and I uesd to colour towel. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I alos like the employee re- hire policy here.

The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 12- 14 hours straight in a day as long have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global clients base. As a result, I get to travel domestic especially to the mostly state But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client location. Mine is a Gujrat, Panjab. Utter Pradesh, etc.

I have to work 8-9 hour straight in day as I have to attend clients call in the evening and some times late into the night
