Likes

The management is very supportive and patient with the employees. Serious attention is paid to the clients satisfaction which have resulted in loyal client base over the years.

Dislikes

The only issue is that it is currently a new organisation. The employees change jo in order to grow further in their career.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. the company is good to drop any work individually. and the boss of this company is well versed in their own subject. work pressure is very low .

Dislikes

senior folks like me have to guide them step-by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
