People are from great backgrounds and it's quite a network. They pay well, in my experience.

Dislikes

The culture can't be said to be either positive or negative. It just isn't there. People come to office, work, and go home. There is also very little interaction between different teams, so no team knows what's going on. The company has become top-heavy and has too many CXO, VP, Directors, GMs and almost the same amount of managers, which isn't ideal.

Great people - they have really hired the best of the industry. Good mentors to work with. Culture was more aggressive than required, but is slowly becoming better for everyone.

Below standard compensation; work-life balance goes for a toss; no HR leads to you being on your own from Day 1.

The Director has no idea how the culture of the firm has changed for the worse. With sales flattening, it has become a blame game across departments. Motivation to work has gone for a toss
