Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Likes

People are from great backgrounds and it's quite a network. They pay well, in my experience.

Dislikes

The culture can't be said to be either positive or negative. It just isn't there. People come to office, work, and go home. There is also very little interaction between different teams, so no team knows what's going on. The company has become top-heavy and has too many CXO, VP, Directors, GMs and almost the same amount of managers, which isn't ideal.

Likes

Great people - they have really hired the best of the industry. Good mentors to work with. Culture was more aggressive than required, but is slowly becoming better for everyone.

Dislikes

Below standard compensation; work-life balance goes for a toss; no HR leads to you being on your own from Day 1.
