I like management staff specially inventory team and admin. They are very supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

Too much unnecessary pressure about sales and targets. They always have a shortage of staff due to which front desk executive does not get leave and their leaves gets collapsed no leave encashment also. My 20 days leaves were collapsed and was not given encashment. Hr management does not know how to operate and run the staffing. They themselves does not know the hr policy.

I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
