This is the manufacturing company and I am the part of maintenance team so it is open platform for develop an new technology for better productivity.

...ing and always tend to talk and conduct meetings on irrelevant topics and so on. Another issue I observed is that the salary paid is not enough as compared to the work they demand from us . Un-necessary work burden and absence of work standards is the major issue I personally observed.
