... the site condition himself, he believes what high level management says to him. Salary delay by more than 3 months. As usual 12 to 15 hrs working with sunday half day of 8 hrs works.

Nothing such to mention. Diwali gifts given by the management.

Dislikes

1. Poor Salary. 2. Salary delayed by 3 months. 3. Only veg Fooding provided by company with 50% sharable basis. 4. No Off on even Sunday. work 30 days. 5.Management is totally illiterate. 6. Huge politics inside employees. 7. No Leave allotted in the financial year. 8. Sites are running in loss. 9. Salary will be given only after your site running account bill gets cleared from customer. 10. accommodation given by company but in a room 3-4 people stay. 11. No increment policy. 12. If you can oil the back of management you may get success. 13. Work pressure is high to very high. 14. Over 12 hrs. working each day is minimum. 15. No added benefits. Not a single. Please don't join the company, It will slowly kill you.

Only things i liked about company is your job security. They will not terminate you until you wish to.

Dislikes

1. Politics. 2. Delay Salary by 2 months even after post Covid-19. 3. All staff show off as they are boss. 4. Less knowledgeable of higher management in terms of mechanical. 5. Sunday working compulsory. 6. Very poor HR management. 7. No payment even after notice period complition. 8. Poor fooding facilities. 9. Poor accomodation facilities.3 person in a room. 10. Rough behaviour of top management. Don't waste your career in this company unless you are not getting any thing better.

Top management is experienced , having opportunity to learn the process. MD sir is a great personality , very supportive and down to earth person.

Dislikes

...above things will not be given to you if given then it will be for one time. 2.) You will not get timely salary it will always be one month delay , if you leave company you will not get full and final even after serving notice period. Worst HR (varsha) , if company change the HR only , it will get 10% overall profit.

Like government job no work,take rest and get salary after 3 month

Company is good but management is very poor,salary after 3month vehicke not available fooding problem work for 12 hours but result nothing as i said management is very bad all employee change their jobs very quickly due to mangement ,all are here only for salary not for work.
