Kanwal Enterprises makes oil and air filtration and filter testing machines. We are 3 person in electrical department and we are a good team & I'm happy to be a part of this team, starting 6 months I was in training & everyday I learn some new ideas and knowledge, in this company I'm on offroll so I'm not secure, here I can be experienced more and more but after 18 to 24 months carrier growth is over as well as salary may not be increase, company sales it's machines in reputed filtration companies like Donaldson filtration and camfil so I visited there so company pay allowence properly, I don't love to play politics I want to honest in my job, I learn here about sensors' solenoid volves' timer' temperature controller' vfd' plc' relays' contactors' panel designing etc., here company staff is very good and lovely environment of work, every 4 to 6 month some new projects takeover by the company and chanced to learn something new, company ON between 9 am to 8 pm and my duty starts from 10 am to 6:30 pm but can not told that my duty can be OFF at 6:30 PM' it may be 7:30pm or 8 pm if urgent i can be whole night on duty but I want a better life so I work honestly.

Dislikes

In kanwal enterprises I dislike their incomplete planning. Because when they done work plan and drawing and I'm about ending the work, it is much possible that they can be change the drawing with some additional idieas so again I starts from zero.
