...ORKING HERE. NO WORK ENVIRONMENT IS HERE, NO APPRAISAL,CAREER GROWTH IS MINIMAL. SALARY IS ALSO NOT UP TO THE MARK AS PER THE WORK PRESSURE.

THERE IS NO APPRECIATION OF WORK. NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOU DO, YOU WILL NOT BE REWARDED. NO FESTIVAL HOLIDAYS. ITS TERRIBLE WORKING HERE.

SPAL is totally different from simens ltd.Only you get a tag of Siemens.They have own policy regarding everything in SPPL.

...f Siemens on off roll. You will not get any benefit which get Siemens employees. You will get only salary at late days. For to get on roll employees of Siemens you have to expend atleast 4 years.But not any surety. Never trust on word which you get at time of interview.No time flexibility in hardware team.you need to go 8 o'clock n will not go before 15 mnt of 5 o'clock. Work from home is not allowed for SPPAL hardware employees.for 6 months they will keep you at probation period.and they expect you perform much higher.they will not give you any training to learn.Yearly increment is only 5 to 7 percent. So try to get joining package more.so if you want to join then wait till hardware manger regin.then you will enjoy.

This is a only man power supply based company. The company has not been provided any job guaranty i.e your job is depending only on your work performance where you served. Overall i would like to say that good policy in internal system of HR.
