Salary will get credited on 1st on every month but now they are changing it to 5 of every month

I think only 1 things are good at Kansas Overseas 1. salary will get credited on time and apart from this Every Manager to HR will treat you like a work slave and others will keep you work under pressure. No salary increament after 2 years. Need to resign the job due to no lack of job security one they target you . You will get terminated without any proper reason. Remember sir at home but don't join this company. They send legal notices to small employees, which they have been worked. From the previous itself Kansas has many cases in the police stations and cyber crimes.

...poor work culture. Zero respect to their own employees. They fool their Clients. They deduct upto 50% salary, if you don't meet your monthly Target. Too much partiality with providing leads. They had no HR since the consultancy was started. Admin people plays the role of HR & they listen to the Management only. Never join this company, if you are looking for your career in Sales.
