...y will treat u like daily wage labour. If u r experienced then u can servive . Company gives u a very high CTC n after all deduction u will get lower salary than normal company. Minimum 4%hike they will give but not useful. No importance for personal growth training skill development. ONCE YOU ENTER THE KNP HOSUR IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET OUT. AT THE END U HAVE NO NECESSARY SKILL THAT WILL FETCH YOU A JOB. U have to be prepared for everythingDear.

...package mentioned on paper and actual amount you receive at the end of the year. You will ended up getting lesser salary than your previous employer. 3. Appraisal policy 4.
