I m very grateful to worked there. The employs are very helpfull and friendly nature. Best place for learning and enhance our skills. My teammates and mentor are very skilled and taught me various manufacturing process. As knpl work in mainly automotive paint and also in architectural coating, powder coating, resin manufacturing so we have a lots of things to learn here.

Dislikes

As a employee the salary growth is sometime less as compare to its workload. I think some inter organisational sports, innovation and motivational programmes should be conduct annually.

Nerolac is so good.It's an old company and satisfied by coustomer with there work preference.It's so good in culture also.In all about the benefits are higher and good.

It's management process is some time bad also the salary problem and in ranking form is kinda down.

...package mentioned on paper and actual amount you receive at the end of the year. You will ended up getting lesser salary than your previous employer. 3. Appraisal policy 4. Leave policy - sandwich leave as company believes in non employee friendly HR policies. 5. Notice period - strictly 90 days of notice period as no relaxation in notice period allow from company.

Some good people in the company but without any promotion or direction.

1.Poor and cheap in Salary Payment. 2. Senior Managers with hold salaries for bribes and benefits 3.Working hours in Sales-12-15 hrs. No incentives and No perks 4. No career growth in company. Pressure Cooker culture. 5.Rotten Top Management and No future prospects for employees.
