Job security, career growth are no chance or slow ,management don't value an individuals ,i do receive appreciation emails from my clients ,but they go unnoticed during my service in kanoria

Likes

Started work from initial stage from land acquisition to setting up plant. The system developed gradually. Good learning , lot of travel was also there at the time of execution of plant. There was no life no spare time as the work culture of African workers are very poor. Though the country is developing fast but the people are still not ready for change.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
